Perched on the top floor of The Palms, Penthouse 1002 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beachfront condo with spectacular views over Jaco Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Located on the south side of the building, its large private balcony looks down the coastline toward town and the surrounding mountains with plenty of space for outdoor dining.

Inside, all three bedrooms feature king beds, complemented by a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for families or groups of friends. Guests also enjoy direct beach access and use of the pools next door at Croc’s Resort.
