The home is laid out across three floors, with 7 bedrooms in the main house and 2 additional guest rooms above the garage. Seven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and an elevator connects all levels. The third floor is a standout: an open-air social area designed with more lounge and entertaining space than most villas can match. A private pool, jacuzzi, and direct beach access round out the outdoor amenities.
If you want to go further, our team can arrange a private chef for meals at the villa, along with tours and excursions from sport fishing and ATV tours to boat charters and zip line through the rainforest.
